Creating a different kind of outsourcing company.

From a single site in Tijuana to a four-country, follow-the-sun operation, Redial has grown by staying true to one idea: take care of your people, and they’ll take care of your clients. Here’s how we got here.

Redial is founded

Corporate takes root in San Diego, CA, and our first site opens in Tijuana Rio — a people-first approach to nearshore outsourcing.

2017

Tijuana Centro opens

A second Tijuana site adds capacity and strengthens our Baja base of bilingual talent.

2020

Mexicali site opens

Expansion within Mexico deepens our Baja footprint and nearshore reach.

2021

Tijuana Rio — new site

A larger, modern Rio campus supports growing client programs and headcount.

2022

Redial crosses the Atlantic

Our Johannesburg, South Africa center opens — adding offshore capacity and English-language depth.

2023

Manila launches

The Philippines site completes a true 24/7 Follow-the-Sun model across three continents.

2025

1,000 seats & compliance

Continued Mexico expansion and Costa Rica bring the network past 1,000 seats, backed by PCI DSS & HIPAA compliance.
