Since joining Redial, my journey has been a constant learning curve. The experiences I’ve gained have significantly contributed to both my professional and personal development, while offering deep insights into the evolving BPO landscape.

With the support of our global team in Mexico, we successfully transferred skills to the South African team. Within just four weeks, we promoted our first five Team Leaders. By November, we had promoted:
