Elder’s background covers Client onboarding and Experience, Business Development and Contact Center BPO Outsourcing operations in industries such as E-commerce, Retail, Healthcare, Finance, and more.
With over 25 years of global experience in US, LATAM, and Asia, she’ll lead our Redialers in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Her proven track record in compliance, technology, and leadership development across 35+ roles makes her an invaluable asset.
We provide our clients with world-class, high-value agents. Agent screening, hiring, and termination are all administered by onsite Human Resources.
