Redial is not publishing results for IzzyOps (working name) yet, because there are none to publish honestly. Commercial availability is planned for late 2026 to early 2027, and between now and then a small number of early-access participants will run the AI front desk on real calls with a Redial team behind the handoff. This page explains who is a good fit, how a pilot is set up, what the first 60 days look like, and the nine measures we will track so that the first published numbers are real ones.
Early access is aimed at owner-operated and small-team service businesses whose revenue depends on answering the phone: home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), dental and medical practices, property managers, auto service, and law firms. The common profile is one to three people answering phones part-time, a Google or Outlook calendar, a field-service or practice-management system, and a pain that sounds like “we miss calls while we are on jobs” or “nobody here speaks Spanish.” Among firms with four or fewer employees, AI use in any business function is still under 20% (US Census Bureau, 2026) [1], so most participants will be adopting AI on the phone for the first time, and the pilot is designed for that.
Healthcare and payment-handling use cases will join the pilot only once IzzyLabs’ compliance posture (business associate agreements, handling of card data in recordings) is documented. Until then, clinical and payment calls are routed to a person by rule.
We do not promise a setup time until we have measured one. The brochure’s framing, “practical over impressive,” applies to timelines too.
| Measure | Definition | Why it matters |
| Answer rate | Calls answered by the agent within the first ring or two, as a share of calls offered | The core promise |
| AI resolution rate | Calls completed without a handoff, as a share of answered calls | Drives cost and the “AI when it can” claim |
| Handoff rate and reason | Share of calls handed to a person, by trigger: caller request, scope, policy, signal | Drives economics and the “people when it should” claim |
| Time to human | Seconds from handoff trigger to a person speaking | The standard for the largest businesses under California’s AB 1609 is 15 minutes 2; a front desk should be measured in seconds |
| Context carried | Share of handoffs where the person did not ask the caller to repeat name, reason, or details, scored in QA | The differentiator customers notice: 74% are frustrated by repeating information 3 |
| Disclosure compliance | Share of calls with an AI and recording disclosure delivered at the start | Regulatory and trust requirement; 85% of consumers want AI disclosed 4 |
| Caller satisfaction | Post-call survey or QA score, split by AI-only and handed-off calls | Benchmark against the 88% versus 60% human-versus-AI satisfaction gap in Verizon Business research 5 |
| After-hours bookings captured | Appointments or quotes booked outside business hours | The revenue story; 28.5% of small business calls arrived after hours in one vendor’s 2025 data 6 |
| Spanish-language share | Share of calls handled in Spanish, with their resolution and handoff rates | Evidence for the bilingual claim |
Every one of these is instrumented from the first pilot call. When Redial publishes IzzyOps results, they will be these measures, with the period and the number of calls stated.
Participants get the platform configured for their business, a Redial team behind the handoff for the pilot period, weekly scorecard reviews, and first access to commercial pricing. Redial asks for candid feedback, permission to learn from anonymized call data, and, where participants agree, a reference once results exist. Pilot commercial terms are being finalized and will be shared with applicants directly.
The pilot is how Redial earns the right to make claims. The company has published quantified results for staffed programs, such as standing up 112 agents in South Africa within 90 days for a dental support organization while maintaining 93% patient satisfaction 7, and it intends to hold IzzyOps to the same standard of evidence before marketing outcomes.
When will IzzyOps be commercially available?
Commercial availability is planned for late 2026 to early 2027. Demos and the early-access list are open now.
Is there a cost to join early access?
Pilot commercial terms are being finalized and will be shared with applicants directly. Participants receive first access to commercial pricing.
Can I pilot with my own staff taking the handoff instead of Redial?
Yes. The fallback option is yours to choose: your phone, your team, or a Redial agent. Many participants start with a Redial agent after hours and their own team during the day.
Will my pilot data be published?
Only in aggregate and anonymized, and only with your permission for anything that identifies your business. The purpose is to publish real measures (answer rate, handoff rate, time to human, context carried) with periods and call counts stated.
What if the AI is not a fit for my business?
Then the pilot will show it, and you will have a measured answer rather than a guess. Redial also offers staffed answering and full contact center programs, and will tell you if one of those fits better.
If your business fits the profile above, book a demo and tell us you are interested in the pilot. We will play a sample call, walk through the nine measures, and talk about whether early access is right for you.
